By purchasing a service from ClearPath CVs, you agree to the following terms:
We aim to deliver your first draft within a few business days of receiving your fully completed questionnaire. We will deliver your document(s) to the email address you provide.
Delivery times may vary depending on current workload and package selected. Premium and Executive packages receive priority delivery.
Each package includes a specific number of revisions:
A "round of revisions" means we will make changes to your document based on your feedback. Each round allows for reasonable amendments to content, formatting, and wording. Revisions do not include complete rewrites or changes to the fundamental structure after approval.
We are committed to delivering a CV you are satisfied with within the included revisions. Additional revisions beyond those included in your package may be subject to an additional fee at our discretion.
Our service involves the creation of bespoke, personalised digital documents. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the usual 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases does not apply once you have requested the service to begin and it has been fully performed.
By submitting your questionnaire, you are giving your express consent for us to begin work immediately. You acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel once the service has been fully completed (i.e., once your final document has been delivered after all included revisions).
If you wish to cancel before we have delivered your final document, please contact us. Any refund will be at our sole discretion and will be based on the amount of work already undertaken.
You are responsible for:
If you do not respond to our communications within 30 days, we will consider the service complete and no refund will be available.
We create professional documents designed to improve your job prospects. However, we cannot and do not guarantee job interviews, employment offers, or any specific outcome. The job market is subject to many factors beyond our control.
Our liability to you is strictly limited to the price you paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect losses, loss of opportunity, consequential damages, or any other damages beyond the refund of the service fee.
Once you have paid in full, you own the final CV, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile we create for you. You may use, modify, and distribute these documents as you see fit for your personal job search.
We retain the right to use anonymised examples of our work (with all personal information removed) for marketing purposes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
